Can you resist the Irises?

Hello Everyone! Todays project uses the technique Gelato Resist. I recently purchased my gelatos and am having so much fun with them. I realize, I am probably late to the party. That is what happens when you take a 2 year hiatus from stamping!

Using watercolor paper, I stamped the Irises and Grasses image from Art Neko through out my water color paper using Versamark ink. I then sprinkled white embossing powder and heat set it using my heat tool. Using Red, yellow and pink gelatos, I colored the water cardstock over the embossed image and sprayed with a water mister allowing the colors to run together. I then set that peice of paper aside to dry and grabbed my alphabet die cuts and die cut the word HAPPY in red cardstock. I stamped the Happy Birthday stamp in Red ink and cut around the image using my scissors. I ran the "Happy" letters through my Xyron to allow assembly to go smoother.

Once the watercolor cardstock was dried, I mounted it on Daffodil Delight and Real Red cardstock. I then adhered the "HAPPY" and Birthday to the card. To finish the card, I assembled everything on a white cardstock base.

Would you like to buy this card? I have it available for Sale for $4.00.
